Sometimes something goes wrong with an experiment and MetaVi Labs' technical support specialists would like to figure out what is going wrong so we can get your experiment results back on track.
You can give permission to our tech support staff to access your account by clicking a check box in your personal account page. You can then disable access when the issue is resolved (or any time you choose).
So that Tech support can find your account, they will ask you for your customer account name, URL, and your login email address. They will not ask for your password.
Step 1: Click the "Allow support access" check box
Step 2: click the "Save" button.
Step 3: email 'firstname.lastname@example.org" with your customer account name, URL, and your login email address.
