Example Image

In the sample movie shown below, note the cell density is relatively low (60 cells – preventing excessive cell-to-cell contacts). The image microscopy resolution is 1.0 pix/µm. The size is 696 x 520  pixels (696 µm x 520 µm).

In this example the typical cell is bounded by a box of 30 x 30 pixels (which is 30.0 µm because the microscopy resolution is 1.00 pix/µm).
